In 2006, Essence of Chicken was the first functional food-based product to be awarded the lnternational Physiological Anthropology Design Award (IPADA) Grand Prize at the 8th International Congress of Physiological Anthropology in Japan. Through this award, the International Association of Physiological Anthropology (IAPA) recognised and corroborated the efficacies and benefits of consuming Essence of Chicken on human mental alertness.
The health benefits of Essence of Chicken are well documented in more than 60 scientific and clinical studies conducted at more than 40 institutes and universities. The findings demonstrate that the consumption of Essence of Chicken is linked to an overall improvement in mental alertness, physical health and mood whilst reducing task-induced stress levels, thus leading to better mental concentration, improved short-term memory and the consumers overall ability to deal with the challenges of modern life.
